Robert Skandalaris, Chairman & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Skandalaris' entrepreneurial and investor experience includes successfully executing many middle-market transactions. He has held several senior officer positions including: Founder, Chairman and CEO of a billion dollar publicly traded automotive parts supplier, Chairman and CEO of an international asset management corporation and Senior Vice President of a New York-based investment bank. Mr. Skandalaris began his career as a CPA with Touche Ross & Co.
Scott Kania, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kania has extensive experience in finance, operations and corporate development. Prior to joining Quantum, he held senior positions with Aegis Mortgage Corporation, Fleet Mortgage Corp. and Homeside Lending. Mr. Kania received his BA in Accounting/Economics from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.
George Skandalaris, Corporate Development Officer
Mr. Skandalaris has extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, operations and business development. Prior to joining the company, he held various executive level positions with Horizon Bay Retirement Living, Compass Group USA, Webvan Group and ARAMARK. Mr. Skandalaris holds a BA in Business from The School of Hospitality Management from Michigan State University.
Joe Thomas, Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Thomas has practiced law for more than 30 years. He served as the managing partner
of a Troy, Michigan based commercial law firm for over 15 years and focused his practice
on representing business clients in mergers, acquisitions, tax and business structuring, and commercial real estate development. Mr. Thomas received his LLM from Georgetown
University Law School and has been recognized as a "Top Lawyer" by DBusiness Magazine. |

Theresa Wilson, Business Unit Leader
Ms. Wilson has received numerous honors for her unique poverty reduction work. She won the bootstrap category in the 2004 Olin Cup competition at Washington University and has also been honored by Focus St. Louis, the World Trade Center St. Louis, the State of Illinois, as well as receiving the prestigious St. Louis Award in 2008. Prior to founding The Blessing Basket Project Theresa was a journalist winning numerous honors including 9 Emmy awards throughout her 20-year career. |

Lee Skandalaris, Business Unit Leader
Mr. Skandalaris previously served as Director of Business Development at Quantum, where he was responsible for various matters related to strategic planning and the evaluation of investment opportunities. Prior to joining Quantum, he worked as Director of Corporate Development at Noble International, Ltd. and Senior Analyst of Corporate Development at Lear Corporation. Mr. Skandalaris received a BA in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Duke University. |

Mike Toribio, Business Unit Leader
Mr. Toribio is managing director of ClearTech Ventures, LLC. His professional career began in the United States Navy where studied and published original research in the fields of fracture mechanics and advanced composite materials, specifically in the area of compressive damage zone propagation and associated material property modeling. He later served as a combat F/A-18 Super Hornet carrier aviator and instructor pilot, where he flew with and implemented cutting-edge weapons systems, avionics, sensors and optics technologies. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, SM in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
Tim Nelson, President
Mr. Nelson has a diverse background of business experience inclusive of operations, sales and marketing, logistics and finance. He has helped lead Chemsol's expansion into the MRO commercial market, by diversifying the company's product offering and shrinking material-to-market lead times. Prior to joining Chemsol, he served as Director of Operations for Cliff Keen Athletic, the world's leading manufacturer of wrestling, mixed martial arts and officials' gear and served as a Senior Analyst for JPMorgan Chase. |

Steven Prast, EOS leader
As the managing partner of EOS since the company's inception, Mr. Prast has overseen its growth into a global leader in the oil and gas, aerospace and defense industries. Prior to founding EOS, he held senior positions with Dassault Systemes, General Motors and managed a global service and implementation business. First and foremost an engineer, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge in technology development and application as well as international business development. Mr. Prast holds a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. |

Mr. Webber entered the internet industry in 1999 at Stoneage.com, which he helped transform into Car.com, which was subsequently sold in 2004. Mr. Webber, joined Newcars.com in late 2003 and helped leverage its Search Engine Lead Generation Platform BidIQ™ to generate thousands of qualified leads daily. Newcars.com was acquired by Cars.com in the summer of 2005. He founded LocalBizNOW.com in 2006, focused on providing qualified leads to businesses across the country. Mr. Webber received his BBA from the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico, and earned his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law. |

David Langevin, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Langevin is the Chairman and CEO of Manitex International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNTX) an original Quantum company; and has vast executive experience in corporate finance and strategic planning, both as a senior officer in manufacturing enterprises ranging in sales from $300 million to $2 billion and as a partner in Ernst & Young. He has successfully taken two companies public and has completed over $1 billion in public debt and equity offerings. Mr. Langevin is a CPA with a BS from Illinois State University and an MBA from DePaul University. |

Mr. Berkowitz is the Founder and CEO of MyRegistry.com. He was previously founder and CEO of a New York based independent film and television production company. Prior to that, he served as the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner at Trade.com Global Markets, Inc. He was also the President of Global Partnerships at BlueStone Capital Partners, L.P., where he headed international marketing. Mr. Berkowitz has years of experience on Wall Street and has lead many successful corporate financings and initial public offerings. |

Kristin Puro, Business Unit Leader
Ms. Puro oversees the day-to-day to operations of the Skandalaris Family Foundation. She worked as corporate counsel at Manitex and with the US Attorney's office and the FBI's Investigations' Counterintelligence Group before heading up the Skandalaris Family Foundation. Ms. Puro graduated with honors from Washington University St. Louis with a BA and earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University Law School. |

Bob Kerch, Business Unit Leader
Prior to joining THE RUSH, Mr. Kerch served as the Director of Business Development for Nike, where he worked around the globe introducing various programs and products. After leaving Nike, he started Accretive Global Consulting wherein he consulted to companies such as: Nike, Build a Bear, Parsec and Ardent, growing their brands both organically and internationally. Mr. Kerch began his 20-plus year career in marketing and international business development at ABKO, Inc. where he supplied programs to big box retailers throughout the United States. He segued that experience in working for Seiko as head of Marketing and Merchandising for their Lorus division and head of licensing for Seiko, working closely with Disney in creating a global product. |

Josh Salcman, President & Co-Founder
Mr. Salcman's background spans both highly-creative and highly-analytical pursuits and accomplishments. Mr. Salcman led user interface design for major corporate clients as a consultant for IBM. Prior to founding Virtual Nerd, he led internet marketing efforts at Metaphase Design Group and helped define product design strategies for a range of corporate clients. Mr. Salcman holds a B.A. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University and an M.F.A. in Product Design from Pratt Institute.
Leo Shmuylovich, VP & Co-Founder
Dr. Shmuylovich has over a decade of experience as an elite private tutor. He taught MCAT Physics and Biology classes, as well as SAT Math classes, to hundreds of students as a tutor and lecturer for The Princeton Review. Dr. Shmuylovich founded Virtual Nerd at the midpoint of a combined MD/PhD program at Washington University. Dr. Shmuylovich holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Physics from Washington University. |

Dianne Victor, Business Unit Leader
Since founding YOBI.tv in 2008, Ms. Victor has been the driving force behind the online talent network’s ground-breaking content development and growth in the entertainment industry. She has led the development of YOBI’s new web series, “Dream Maker” and “New Stage” starring Audrina Patridge and Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino, respectively. The unique series casts winners of YOBI’s online talent contests alongside celebrities, showcasing their talents as actors, songwriters and film makers in the highly-publicized series. As the creator and executive producer of original content on YOBI.tv, Ms. Victor oversees every aspect of production. |
